Retirees Receiving Paper ChecksIf you receive a paper monthly check from LASERS and are concerned about the receipt of your check due to possible flooding, you have several options:
- Complete the Authorization for Direct Deposit form and submit to LASERS on or before May 18th.
- Complete a Change of Address form and submit to LASERS by May 18th.
- Contact LASERS Customer Service at 1(800)256-3000 to request your check to be held at our Baton Rouge office. Your check can later be mailed to you or, upon written request, forwarded to another specified address.
