Cindy Rougeou, Executive Director of the Louisiana State Employees’ Retirement System (LASERS), was elected President of the Louisiana Association of Public Employees’ Retirement Systems (LAPERS) during the association’s recent meeting. She served from February 2008 through February 2010 as vice president.
