LASERS-Did you know?

When a LASERS member terminates state service, according to Civil Service rules, your agency may pay you up to 300 hours of annual leave when the member retires.

Most members have two choices relating to the remaining balance of their annual and sick leave, either converting the combined annual and sick leave to retirement service credit, or being paid a lump-sum actuarially for the leave.
